    Are you as nuts as we are to watch Le Tour de France every night after work? We're not getting tons of sleep, but we are having a great time! We've been brushing up a little on our Tour history.   • Hydrate and Ride Great

    Summer in South Florida is never the time to take chances with hydration - especially when cycling. Keeping your body healthy and hydrated on a daily basis will go a longer way toward setting you up for a successful ride than anything else.  Sipping 12-16 ounces of water about four hours before climbing onto your bike for a moderate-paced ride is a good plan. Then, around two hours before you start, slowly drink another 12 ounces. There's no need to over-hydrate as your body can only absorb so much fluid.     OYM is looking forward to coaching cyclists in the Jaguars Triathlon Youth Club Summer Camp 2013. We've worked with Coach Shelley Flowers since the very first year her top-notch summer program began.  All campers are encouraged to bring their bikes into our shop for a full safety check!   • Team OYM at St. Anthony's Triathlon Weekend 2013

    What a weekend we had at the 30th Annual St. Anthony's Triathlon!   We had 3 women and 8 men in OYM gear racing this year! We're happy to report there were NO bike mechanical issues this year! (With the exception of Jim's flat in the lobby of the hotel the day of bike check in, we were great)! Amy Miteff took 2nd in her age group posting a 2:13 race time with a 22mph bike split!
