Cyclocross & Gravel Bikes: Common Questions
What's the difference between a gravel bike and a road bike?
A gravel bike has room for wider, grippier tires, a more stable position and usually more mounts for bags and bottles. It rides well on pavement and keeps going when the road turns to dirt, shell rock or levee.
Can I ride a gravel bike on the road?
Absolutely. Many riders use a gravel bike as their only bike. A second set of smoother tires makes it even quicker on pavement.

Can I test ride a bike before I buy?
Yes, and we encourage it. Come by the showroom at 821 Federal Hwy in Lake Park (Mon–Fri 10–6, Sat 10–4) and ride the bikes you're considering. If you're after a specific model or size, call (561) 842-2453 before you come.
Do bikes come assembled? Do you ship?
Bikes bought in the shop leave fully assembled and ready to ride. We also prepare and ship bikes: bikes bought online arrive partially assembled.
Is the first tune-up really free?
Yes. The first tune-up on a bike you buy from us is free. New bikes settle in over the first few weeks of riding as cables stretch and parts bed in, so bring it back once you've put some miles on it. What a tune-up covers
