We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days in new (un-used) condition and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

SHIPPING CHARGES (World Wide)

We are offering free shipping to US recipients. It is at our discretion what shipping service to use. Speeds may vary, but we try to use the best service for you're giving zip code.  For example, if you live on the west coast, we might ship your order via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days).

Please note that your order must be placed by 8:00am Eastern Time to ship the same day that the order is placed.

On occasion we may over sell on a particular product. We do all we can to avoid such circumstances but at times they are unavoidable, thus we apologize in advance. In such a case we will contact you ASAP to advise you of the situation. At that time we will see if you would like us to order the product for you or if you would like us to cancel the order.

Note:  Free shipping does not apply to home delivery freight charges on furnishings or other special items, nor is it valid for Direct to Business orders, orders shipped to international locations, or purchases inside our store. Benefit will automatically be applied at checkout. No coupon or promotion code is needed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be in NEW UN-USED condition. If we shipped the incorrect merchandise, your shipping costs will be re-imbursed. If we shipped you the merchandise you ordered, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

#1 Make two copies of your invoice, save one copy for yourself, and the other put inside the package.

#2 Write a note explaining why you are exchanging the product, and what you would like instead.

RETURNS

If there‚Äôs a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back within 15 days of receiving the product. We do not accept CODs. We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise only, or at our discretion. Merchandise returned must be in NEW UN-USED condition.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable, these items will not ship or be charged to your account. If you would like to backorder the product please contact us by phone at (561) 842-2453.
