Qualities of a good coach include professionalism and dedication with a proven history in competitive and non competitive events.  These qualities you can expect from any of our coaches.

We prefer to work on an individual basis with athletes, however, we have had success just writing programs and letting the athlete "self coach".  We base our programs on the athletes strengths, weaknesses, test results, and history.  No athlete goes completely un-guided.  Whether you are a triathlete or pure cyclist, a trackie, time trialist, climber, mountain biker, cross rider, or a casual weekender, we have a program that will help you.
